Changes to services and protective measures

We look forward to welcoming you back to our hotels. Since May we have gradually been able to open hotels for tourist travel again. We have prepared intensively for this step. We have done our utmost to ensure that you will enjoy the highest possible level of safety and comfort when you stay at our hotels. The measures we are introducing will inevitably mean some restrictions to the services we offer, for example in areas such as gastronomy, meetings & events or spa & wellness. Upon request, our hotel staff will be happy to inform you about possible restrictions in your hotel prior to your arrival. We ask for your understanding for these measures. We are taking these steps for your sake and for the sake of everyone. These prudent precautions will help us to protect our loved ones and everyone around us.

Your health and the health of our staff and partners is our highest priority at all times and in all respects. This has always been one of our company’s core commitments.

The new guidelines introduced by Deutsche Hospitality stipulate the revision and adaptation of all hygiene and disinfection measures, specific training for every member of staff and regular checks and monitoring of the measures put in place. Two key points are more frequent cleaning and disinfection and social distancing rules in public areas. Our hotels are also in permanent contact with the relevant local government authorities. The minimum measures currently being implemented are as follows.
